Available Position: Anti-Trafficking Program New England Coordinator
Department: Community Services
Location: Boston
Description: The Anti-Trafficking Program Coordinator will develop and manage and network of New England-based providers of anti-trafficking case management, legal, health and other services to survivors of human trafficking. Coordinator will identify and recruit and fee-for-service vendors in the sub region and gap areas , provide training and technical assistance to vendors, ensure best practices of vendor services and maintain vendor subcontract compliance. This position requires expertise in outreach and strategic relationships and heavy travel throughout New England. The Coordinator provides case management services to trafficking survivors in emergency situations.
Education and Experience:
- Proven program development and management experience including ability to start up and maintain newly funded programs
- Demonstrated experience in program oversight and quality assurance.
- Direct service or management experience in field of victim services; anti-trafficking experience and education highly desired
- Masters degree in social work, public administration or related fields
- 5 years of comparable experience and proven 5 years of supervisory experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel and database management needed
- Bilingual/bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply
