NSF REQUESTS INPUT ON STRATEGIC PLAN
The National Science Foundation (NSF) is soliciting comments as it begins to develop its next strategic plan, which will lay out the agency’s vision and priorities for 2018 through 2022. NSF is interested in hearing from the scientific community on a range of issues, including areas to build upon from the current strategic plan and how to approach the agency’s ten “big ideas” for investment. NSF will be accepting feedback through September 27, with the goal of making the first draft of the plan public in May 2017.
