Question: Which herbs and dietary supplements did you find that are used to reduce hot flashes?

Answer:  There is no right or wrong answer to this question. You may have found many different herbs used for reducing menopausal symptoms such as black cohosh, evening primrose oil, flaxseed, red clover, and soy while searching the internet. Each culture and traditional medicine has their own unique herbal materia medica.
