Mrs. Parker expresses to you that she wants to use herbal medicine because it is "natural and safe". She has also looked on the internet, and has seen hundreds of herbal menopausal products. While she continues to go on about all the expensive products she has encountered, you are getting the sense that she is confused by all the marketing claims that are made by these various websites.
