Jeff Simeon is the Associate Director of Programs and Product Management at Boston University’s Software & Application Innovation Lab (SAIL). Jeff has over a dozen years of experience managing development teams to deliver software in many environments, as a freelance developer, within his own startups, in government, private enterprise, non-profits and now in academia. At SAIL he has led efforts building production ready software for research applications in broad academic areas. Jeff specializes in product management, ensuring that the desires of research stakeholders and end users are well represented. Additionally, Jeff has experience in the program management space, where he can be observed guiding software engineering teams towards completion of project milestones, on time, on budget and within scope.
