Constance (Connie) Hadley is a Research Associate Professor at the BU Questrom School of Business and Associate Director of the Human Resources Policy Institute (HRPI). In 2024, she was selected as a member of the Thinkers50 Radar Class as “one to watch” for her influence on global management thinkingIn addition, she is the Founder and Chief Scientist of the Institute for Life at Work, a research laboratory and think tank. She also serves as a consulting researcher at Microsoft on future-of-work projects and the Microsoft Trend Index She researches the future of work, team dynamics, psychological safety, inclusive cultures and wellbeing at work. Her research has been published in journals and magazines including Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, Human Relations, and The Leadership Quarterly.
