Installing/Upgrading Hardware & Software

All licensed software and hardware is purchased and installed by Enrollment Services Operations. Users must not attempt to install any software without the specific consent of the ESO Network Administrator. This includes ActiveX Controls or plug-ins for browsers. Failure to adhere to this policy is a violation of your Network Security Agreement.

If you would like to upgrade your hardware, request a new version of software, or for health reasons would like to upgrade your monitor, keyboard, or mouse to a more ergonomic model, please see Hardware & Software Acquisitions.

IMPORTANT: Only hardware, peripherals, and software purchased by ESO can be used with your computer. Personally owned software, peripherals (i.e. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc.), or other technology is prohibited.
