Job Posting Exemption

The form below must be submitted by the Talent Acquisition Specialist for any position that will not be posted to the University’s job board. Only 3 categories of exemptions are permissible by law: 1) Executive and Senior Management Positions; 2) Positions that will be filled from within the organization; and 3) Positions lasting 3 days or less.
