Committtees of the OSDO
The OSDO promotes interaction between the University's senior leadership and its community as we strive to make changes that collectively benefit and advance us. We build on the University's existing DEI efforts and focus on policy changes that are coordinated, consistent, and consequential across the institution. Our goal is to reflect the needs of our students, faculty, and staff to promote inclusive excellence and an environment where everyone has a sense of belonging, respect, and support necessary to achieve their full potential. Our work is part of an ongoing dialogue and an evolving set of DEI-related initiatives that are increasingly visible across campus. The interest in this work and the search for innovative solutions is inspiring, and the OSDO team is poised to expand and deepen its impact in support of the 2030 Strategic Plan.
