TRANSPARENCY IS IMPORTANT

The Office of the Senior Diversity Officer (OSDO) aims to bridge the gap between senior leadership and the BU community by building on the University’s existing DEI efforts and focusing on policy changes that are coordinated, consistent, and consequential across the entire institution. We strive to create an open line of communication by being thoughtful and intentional about the stories and voices we highlight in our communications. While we are a global University, the OSDO encourages all members of the BU community to make connections and build comradery with our peers. Our goal is to have our work, and communications reflect the needs of our students, faculty, and staff to promote inclusive excellence.
