Professor of the Practice in Marketing, and Executive Director of the Questrom Digital Business Institute. Pete brings over 35 years of executive experience to Questrom, and is focused on advancing research, learning agenda and community engagement around digital business transformation. Pete’s experience includes:

  • Managing Director with Accenture Interactive, the digital experience agency within the global consulting firm Accenture. Specialized in digital experience strategies, implementing and/or improving eCommerce platforms, and developing solutions in digital content, marketing and CRM.
  • CMO/Advisor for a large, global online travel business; leading digital marketing, social media, user experience, branding and strategy.
  • Head of Online Business Units for Staples (major office products company). Led a $2 billion North American business unit, and also spent 2 years leading the $1 billion multichannel European business unit, based in Paris and Amsterdam.
  • VP of Marketing for Ross-Simons, a regional jewelry and giftware retailer, as well as marketing roles with Digital Equipment Corporation and the Bradford Exchange.

Pete earned his AB in Economics and his MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago.
