The CTSI  offers a Train-the-Mentor case-based one-day seminar modeled on an evidence-based program built by a group of CTSA hubs. The goal is to strengthen mentoring skills. A sophisticated interactive training program, the program uses case studies to teach critical mentoring skills. After attending the seminar, participants should be equipped to effectively mentor their mentees, and assist them in achieving professional success.
