We are excited to announce a one day in person Mentoring the Mentor seminar on Friday, November 20, 2026 from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

This one-day seminar modeled on an evidence-based program built by a group of CTSA hubs.  A sophisticated interactive training program, the program uses case studies to learn critical mentoring skills. After attending the seminar, participants should be equipped to effectively mentor their mentees, and assist them in achieving professional success.

    • Aligning Expectations
    • Assessing Understanding
    • Maintaining Effective Communication
    • Fostering Independence

Seminar Instructions:

    • Space is limited, applications must be submitted by October 12, 2026 (11:59PM).
    • Notice of acceptance will be sent by October 16, 2026.
    • Those not accepted will be placed on a waiting list for a Spring 2027 session
    • Registrants are required to attend the full day in person.
    • A Zoom option will not be available.
