Noah Veloz

Noah Veloz is a PhD student in the Language and Literacy Education Program in the Wheelock school of education and human development. They focus on bilingual education and adult immigrant language and literacy education in community based organizations. They have a particular interest in adults with emergent literacy and limited or interrupted formal education.
