Drake Sullivan
Undergraduate Student
About
Drake is an undergraduate student at BU majoring in Neuroscience, minoring in Chemistry, on the pre-med track. Drake fell in love with medicine and neuroscience after surviving a traumatic brain injury, leading him to pursue acute brain injury research. After graduation, Drake plans to attend medical school, eventually seeking a neurosurgical residency. At CBR, Drake works under the MD project, using MRI analyses to investigate post-stroke aphasia and the correlations between lesion and behavior. Outside of CBR, Drake is a data specialist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, assisting in research of disorders of consciousness after acute brain injury. For fun, Drake is a drummer for the BU marching and pep bands.
