About Jessica

Jessica is a nurse practitioner at Occupational Health within the satellite clinic at the Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Jessica earned both her Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degrees at Simmons University and graduated in 2020. After graduating near the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Jessica began to work at BU Heathway from its start in August of 2020 within the telephone triage and results notification departments. She enjoyed this experience of working with the Boston University community to guide staff, faculty and students throughout the pandemic.

Jessica is excited to begin this new role at the satellite clinic, providing a conveniently located resource for both students and staff members located at the medical and dental schools. Jessica works within case management, triage, and treatment of work related injuries and blood borne pathogen exposures. She also works to help onboard new staff, faculty and students who are joining the dental school community. Jessica is also working on vaccination compliance surveillance within the student and employee population at the dental school.

Outside of work at BU, Jessica enjoys reading, going for walks along the Charles River, baking for her friends and family and exploring the Boston area.
