COVID-19 & Flu Vaccination Policy

You can help to protect yourself and others against severe COVID-19 and Influenza infections by wearing a mask in crowded, indoor spaces, testing if you are not feeling well, and getting vaccinated.

• General Population: The Massachusetts Department of Public Health 2025-2026 COVID-19 and Influenza vaccine recommendations can be found here. While not required, COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination are strongly recommended.
• Non-DPH licensed healthcare facilities: Employees working at a Non-DPH licensed healthcare facility are required to have an up-to-date Influenza vaccination or submit a declination after reviewing the risks and benefits of vaccination.
• DPH licensed healthcare facilities: Employees working in a DPH-licensed healthcare facility are required to have an up-to-date COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination or submit a declination after reviewing the risks and benefits of vaccination.  
  • Mass DPH reporting measures and compliance will be closely monitored in Fall 2025.
