BU Academy Graduates Its 30th Class
Boston University President ad interim Ken Freeman delivered the keynote address at BU Academy’s 30th commencement ceremony May 20. Freeman told the 53 members of the Class of 2024, “You are graduating from an outstanding high school affiliated with one of the world’s great universities. There is much to be proud of.” He shared three of the important life lessons he’s learned: just say yes, arrogance kills, and the importance of thank you. Ibukun Owolabi and Anais Kim delivered the student addresses, and Olga Meserman and Elizabeth Brown gave the Latin and Greek orations, respectively.
