Tom Lehrich

Tom Lehrich (Questrom’87) of Washington, D.C., published the fourth book in his Adventures of Backpacker Billy & Shave series for young readers. In Backpacker Billy Visits Washington, D.C. (Thomas Lehrich, 2024), plucky adventurer Billy and his trusty dog, Shave, venture into the nation’s capital, where they meet Shave’s cousin, Maple the Dog, and visit iconic landmarks, see the pandas of the National Zoo, and discover a pod of bottle-nose dolphins in the Potomac River. All of Tom’s Backpacker Billy books are illustrated by Brody Cohen.
