Susan Chan Egan

Susan Chan Egan (Questrom’81) of Menlo Park, Calif., is the coauthor of A Companion to The Story of the Stone (Columbia University Press, 2021), a guide to what is widely considered to be the greatest work of Chinese literature, The Story of the Stone (also known as Dream of the Red Chamber) by Cao Xueqin, first published in 1791.
