Stephen Kohn

Stephen Kohn (Wheelock’79) of Washington, D.C., was named one of Forbes’ top 250 attorneys in the US in 2025. He and law partner David Colapinto (CAS’84), along with Stephen’s brother Michael, represent whistleblowers in civil and criminal matters. Stephen and David met at BU under the mentorship of Howard Zinn, the late CAS professor of political science, who served as a founding board member of their National Whistleblower Center.
