Sandi Gold (CFA’75) of Westerly, R.I., published I Chose Love: How to Thrive After a Life-Threatening Illness Using Love to Guide You (Breakwater Press, 2024), a chronicle of her journey from a life-threatening brain tumor diagnosis—followed by years of family and financial troubles and a later breast cancer diagnosis—to a meaningful, stable life filled with love and healing.
