Robert Fagan

Robert Fagan (GRS’93) of San Antonio, Tex., works nationally at the intersection of emergency management, business continuity, and resilience education. He teaches graduate-level courses at Tulane University, and writes and consults on crisis preparedness and leadership. Robert spent 30 years in the US Army and federal service, and most recently was deputy director of disaster recovery for the US Small Business Administration. Email him at rjfmlf99@hotmail.com.
