Rick Hildebrant

Rick Hildebrant (CAS’05, GRS’05) of North Clarendon, Vt., was appointed commissioner for the state’s department of health by Governor Phil Scott. Rick, a physician in internal medicine, is chief medical information officer and medical director of hospital medicine at Rutland Regional Medical Center.
