Richard Iorio

Richard Iorio (CAMED’86) of Beverly, Mass., retired from his orthopedic surgery clinical practice at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and entered the emeritus phase of his professorship at Harvard Medical School. In September 2025, he accepted an appointment as deputy director of Center for Devices and Radiological Health at the US Food and Drug Administration. “I’m looking forward to new challenges,” he writes.
