Peter McGuire

Peter McGuire (Sargent’84) of Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, was the first mental health professional from New Brunswick to graduate from BU with a CAGS in psychiatric rehabilitation. He recently retired from a 37-year career in the mental health system in New Brunswick after serving in many clinical leadership and policy development roles. In July 2019, he was appointed by the federal government of Canada to the board of directors of Port Saint John for a three-year period.
