Nicole Lowenbraun (CGS’01, COM’03) of Brooklyn, N.Y., published Adaptive Listening: How to Cultivate Trust and Traction at Work (Mango Publishing, 2024) with coauthor Maegan Stephens. The pair delivered a TED Talk on the same theme, receiving high praise and viewership on www.TED.com. “Our goal is to help people see listening as one of the most undervalued and overlooked communication skills in the workplace,” Nicole writes.
