Michelle Hsu (SPH’19) of Natick, Mass., published an article in Ms. magazine in May advocating for paid paternity leave as “a vital but overlooked pillar of gender equity,” she writes. The story, “Skip the Baby Bonus: Support Mothers With Paid Paternity Leave Instead,” was inspired by her experience after welcoming a baby in 2024.
