Michael Rigas

Michael Rigas (CAS’94, GRS’94) of Washington, D.C., wrote in 2020 that he was serving dual roles, as deputy director for management in the US Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and acting director of the US Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Michael had been nominated by President Trump and, in March 2018, was unanimously confirmed by the US Senate for his position at OPM. In March 2020, he was tapped by the White House to concurrently serve in the OMB role.
