Mark M. Meltzer

Mark M. Meltzer (CAS’67, SED’68) of West Hollywood, Calif., retired from the Jewish Free Loan Association (JFLA) after 35 years of leading the organization. As executive director and chief executive officer of JFLA, Mark was responsible for growing the agency, which offers interest-free loans to residents of greater Los Angeles for education, emergencies, children with special needs, healthcare, and more. Mark is also a former president of the Jewish Communal Professionals of Southern California and a founding member of the International Association of Hebrew Free Loans. Recently married to Peter W. Brown, Mark is looking forward to relaxing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Email him at mark@jfla.org.
