Linn Weeda

Linn Weeda (CFA’79) of Anchorage, Alaska, has retired from the Anchorage Youth Orchestra after 31 years as music director. Before his final concert began on May 8, 2021, he was celebrated by the teaching staff, who performed Glinka’s overture to Ruslan and Ludmilla. He remains a professor at the University of Alaska Anchorage and principal trumpet of the Anchorage Symphony Orchestra. Email Linn at lweeda@alaska.edu.
