Lindsey (Chaney) Moorley (Questrom’07) of Annapolis, Md., led a transaction for the sale of Elite Technology, where she serves as chief financial officer, to Francisco Partners, a global investment firm that specializes in partnerships with tech companies. The deal was signed in July 2025. “It was an incredible experience as a first-time CFO,” she writes.
