Katina Paron

Katina Paron (COM’96) of Brooklyn, N.Y., coauthored her first book, A News Hound’s Guide to Student Journalism (McFarland & Company, 2018), after 25 years in youth media. The graphic novel–inspired textbook offers teen reporters “a glimpse into the dramas, adventures, and ethical conundrums that make journalism so deeply compelling, rewarding, and fun.
