Kathi Graham-Leviss

Kathi Graham-Leviss (COM’86) of Portsmouth, R.I., writes that after graduating from BU, she worked at a top-10 radio station selling advertising. She eventually made her way into a leadership position by age 30. After going back to school for her MBA, she worked in consulting. In 2002, she began working with a team of scientists and psychologists to develop XBInsight, an assessment technology that measures an individual’s skills by job and industry. The company’s proprietary assessment software measures behaviors, critical thinking, competencies, and values, and shows each person’s potential, risk, and industry benchmarks. Kathi writes that she has “helped many Fortune 1000 companies in 41 industries around the world develop employees into problem solvers and leaders, create high-performing work teams, give 360-degree performance reviews, hire the best talent, integrate workforces, start new ventures, plan for succession, and more.” Learn more at www.xbinsight.com.
