John Cuddy

John Cuddy (LAW’76) of Larchmont, N.Y., writes, “Having retired after 40 years as telecommunications counsel for a number of companies, from AT&T to Verizon Communications (most recently Verizon Wireless), I applied to the New York State attorney general’s office and was appointed a volunteer assistant attorney general, based out of the Westchester office. The work is part-time and I work entirely from my home office. I am handling a number of mergers and dissolutions of charities and other not-for-profit companies registered in New York, as well as investigations of affirmative cases arising from complaints filed with the AG’s office.”
