Jessie Garcia

Jessie Garcia (COM’92) of Milwaukee, Wisc., will publish her debut novel, The Business Trip (St. Martin’s Press) in late 2024 or early 2025. The story follows two women, one an executive on the way to a conference and the other a waitress on the run from an abusive boyfriend. When their loved ones receive cryptic and eerily similar texts about a new man in their lives, they must figure out what’s going on. Jessie is a longtime journalist and television news director.
