James Paradise

James Paradise (COM’70) of Valley Glen, Calif., directed What Opa Did in its world premiere at Theatre 40 in Beverly Hills. The production ran from January through February 2026. What Opa Did is a Holocaust play that takes place in Germany in the years leading up to World War II and in 1990. “It is about the terrible personal choices people had to make in order to survive the exterminations,” James writes.
