James Hnat

James Hnat (CAS’92) of New York, N.Y., was named the incoming chair of the board of trustees of Airlink, an international humanitarian organization. James joined JetBlue in 2001 and retired as its general counsel and corporate secretary in 2018. He was chair of the private jet and premium scheduled charter companies JetSuite, Inc., and JetSuiteX. Previously, he was an attorney at the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley and McCloy. His aviation legal practice began in airline defense litigation at Condon & Forsyth.
