Jack R. Goetz

Jack R. Goetz (LAW’79) of Santa Ana, Calif., was appointed vice chair of the California State Bar’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Certification Program Working Group. Jack is former president of MC3, a nonprofit mediator certification organization. In 2014, he coauthored the article “Serving the Public: The Case for Formally Professionalizing Court-Connected and Litigated-Case Mediation.” He is a lecturer in law at the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law.
