Hiba Fareed

Hiba Fareed (Questrom’16, ENG’16) of Boston, Mass., was recognized for her impact on the engineering community with the Society of Women Engineers’ Pathfinder Award. She accepted the award at the society’s annual conference in October 2025 in New Orleans. Hiba is a product manager at Collins Aerospace and has worked in engineering and engineering management for 13 years. She coleads Girl Lab! at the Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence and RTX’s annual STEM Challenge Day with the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts. She established a STEM award for young women graduates at her high school, and is co-owner of the Goddard School of Sudbury.
