Herman O. Kelly, Jr.

Herman O. Kelly, Jr. (STH’83) of Baton Rouge, La., pastor of Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Baton Rouge, has completed a work titled The Prophetic Rhetoric of Richard Allen and Malcolm X, a combination of research from courses he taught at Louisiana State University and his experience as a pastor. He teaches the History of the Civil Rights Movement and Introduction to African American Studies at Louisiana State University.
