Harry Castleman

Harry Castleman (LAW’82) of Waltham, Mass., and his writing partner, Walter J. Podrazik, published the fourth edition of Watching TV: American Television Season by Season (Syracuse University Press, 2024). A meticulous narrative of television (called “a well-researched, tightly written documentary,” by Publishers Weekly), the book begins in the broadcast era, goes through cable, and now includes the streaming era. This expanded and updated edition is also the first to be available in digital format.
