Dave Metzler

Dave Metzler (COM’97) of Los Angeles, Calif., directed The Battle for Justina Pelletier, the true story of a young girl separated from her family by Boston Children’s Hospital staff, who suspected her to be a victim of Munchausen syndrome by proxy. The documentary aired on Peacock in December 2022. Dave is an Emmy Award–winning executive producer, director, and showrunner. His previous projects include Queer Eye, Catfish: The TV Show, and the FOX documentary Who Shot Biggie and Tupac? (2017).
