Beth S. Lyons

Beth S. Lyons (CAS’72) of West New York, N.J., published Race, Culture and Mental Illness in the International Criminal Court’s Ongwen Judgment: Biases and Blindspots (Palgrave Macmillan, 2024). Beth is a criminal defense counselor who has represented defendants at the International Criminal Court and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
