Opening on Thursday, March 22 at 7:30 p.m., at the Boston Playwrights’ Theatre is Theresa at Home, a new comedy by Janet Kenney (GRS’98). Theresa—a former nun-to-be and now a newlywed—is unpacking in her new home. Exhausted and knee-deep in boxes, she has many callers, from Welcome Wagon ladies to her former mother superior, all offering advice and more in this play set in 1956. Performances run Thursdays to Sundays, March 22 through April 7; the Boston Playwrights’ Theatre is located at 949 Commonwealth Ave. Tickets are $20 to $25 ($10 student rush tickets available one hour before the show). Go to www.bu.edu/bpt for more details and to order tickets.
