ShaShan Bao

Shashan Bao is a graduate student at Boston University in the School of Hospitality Administration (SHA May ‘19), where she has served as a teaching assistant and research assistant. Previously she worked in the Front Office and F&B department of 4-star hotel, and she interned for Wynn Macau for half a year. Her current research assistant role with Professor Peyton continues to further her interest in leadership. Driven by her passion for academic research in the hospitality industry, Shashan plans to pursue a Ph.D. with the ultimate goal of developing more hotel talent.
