Phillip Jolly is the Elizabeth M. King Early Career Professor in the School of Hospitality Management at Pennsylvania State University. His areas of expertise are organizational behavior and human resource management. Phil’s research focuses on inclusion and diversity, leadership, and stress and social support in the hospitality workforce. Phil earned his Ph.D. in Management from the University of Houston.
