MassBioEd

Established in 2001, the Massachusetts Biotechnology Education Foundation (MassBioEd) is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization committed to supporting STEM education focusing on biotechnology in Massachusetts through school programs, workforce training, and lifelong learning. MassBioEd facilitates dialogue between academia and industry to ensure that Massachusetts’ future workforce has the skills and experience required to fill the jobs of the future.

Course Offering from MassBioED

MassBioEd supports the Biotech Learning Center whose focus is to offer high quality professional development course taught by experts in the life sciences.  You can take these courses as refreshers or as skill building courses.  Courses include, but are not limited to: Clinical Trial Overview: The Players, Process & Language, Biotechnology Project Management, Influence Without Authority, Strategic Thinking Skills, and many more.  Please follow the link for up to date course offerings.  If you are a trainee involved with BU’s BEST MassBioEd is offering scholarships for these courses.  Please email us at bubest@bu.edu for more information.
