Bio: Hi! I’m Lizzy! I am a sophomore majoring in Film and Television with a minor in Theatre. This is my 10th year playing the alto saxophone, and I don’t plan to stop! I am also a sister of the band service sorority, Tau Beta Sigma. I am the Alumni Secretary/Historian, Web Warlock, and Non-Senior Chair! Some things that I love to do are crochet, read, watch Broadway shows, and try new foods! If that sounds like your jam (or even if it doesn’t), come talk to me! I am thrilled to be a section leader, and can’t wait to talk to and get to know everyone!
What is your favorite part of being a band member? My favorite part of being a band member is the family I get to be a part of every single day. Whether it’s through the shared struggle of a hot day at band camp or the shared celebration of cheering on our athletics, I truly feel accepted and supported by the BU band community. I can’t wait to see that flourish even more in the coming years.
