Lennie Machado

Lennie is a freelance designer and choreographer from Boston, MA. He has been teaching color guard and choreography throughout the country for over 25 years. He spent 27 years as designer and caption head for ten different pageantry organizations including the 6-time World Champion Spartans Drum Corps, 8 Time National Champions Dartmouth High School and 5-time National Champions King Philip Regional High School.  He has won several regional and national competitions including 18 Color Guard World Championship medals. Lennie is a Company Member of the Dance Prism of Boston Ballet Co where he performed the title role in the Nutcracker tour for 14 years. Lennie began a career in theater at the age of 6 and has been in love since. A graduate of Trinity Conservatory, where he studied voice with Forrest McClendon and Suzanne Kuzma, Lennie spent two seasons as a performing apprentice with the Royal Shakespeare Company of London, before moving to New York where he enjoyed an exciting career. He has performed on Broadway, as well as toured the US, Canada, and Asia in productions of Peter Pan, A Chorus Line, and The Music Man.
