Bio: Hi everyone! My name is Emma (they/she) and this will be my third year in the BU Bands. I’m a junior studying English with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. I have been a musician since I was young, having picked up percussion 12 years ago. I have been playing clarinet for about 9 years now! I also play a plethora of other instruments (10+!). Outside of music, you can catch me trying to get into racquet sports, reading/writing, taking photos, loving everything related to the ocean, or playing video games! I’m also a huge hockey fan, shoutout the Montréal Victoire!!
What is your favorite part of being a band member? My favorite part of being a BU Bands member is the people! I love getting to connect with people from all different backgrounds, whether that is at a game, rehearsal, on a bus, or even a plane! I have met some of my closest friends through the band and I couldn’t be more grateful for the connections I’ve made.
